Ladies: How many calories to eat on Insanity?!

I'm just about to finish month 1 of insanity and will do an official weight in and take measurements in a couple days. I feel as though I've lost fat and toned up (not too bothered about what the scale says) but having read other forums I'm worried I'm not doing the nutrition part right.

I tend to eat around 1300-1400 calories and day but if I followed Insanity I should be eating more like 1900-2000. I find this difficult to do though being so used to counting calories I just find it hard to believe that eating more will make me lose more weight.

What have other women found works when doing Insanity? Should I be eating more calories?!?!
