how much to eat on a rest day

Hello everyone. after doing high intensity excerises like muay thai and strength and conditioning classes for the last 24 out of 28 days, and today is the first day in about 11 days that ive taken a break to recover because im a bit sore. Should i be eating as much as i do on a normal exercise day? or does my body not burn as much when it is simply recovering. Ive been eating as healthy as possible all organic frozen veggies meats oats bananas and protein powder mixed with oats, whole milk and the whole healthy foods, Whole milk, and havent had the urge to cheat for a while.
