any recipes for green bean and carrot chips ?

there is this amish deli near my house that makes all their own foods we occasionally go to. they always have samples out and we have tried their carrot chips last time, and green bean chips today...does anyone have any good recipes for them that you have tried yourself ?? i have acquired a taste for them, and it would be a nice (semi) healthy snack for me to take to school with me..thanks
