    So it's tempura...why not just make tempura?

    :laugh: It's not tempura. Tempura is made with flour and cold water then deep fried. Panko is Japanese bread crumbs.

    Edited to say I love the sound of this. Especially the parmesan with the asparagus. Must try it. Thanks!
