Here's my dilemma, my gym membership is expiring oct 31, so I plan to make full use of the gym while I still have access to it. The gym had group classes, providing les mills programs and they are pretty frequent. My plan is to keep going until I am feel like puking/fainting everyday. By my estimations, ill pull 3 1000 calorie burn days (according to the les mills average of their classes). But right after that ill transition to 30DS since the gym membership is sooo expensive and I've set my TDEE as sedentary 1-3 hrs of exercise a week because that's what I've been doing all along! So can my body take about 4 days of low net calories or do I have to eat back those calories? It's only 4 days! :(

TDEE: 2020 (1-3hrs of exercise per week)
BMR: 1434
TDEE-20%: 1616
