alot of girls and boys dont realise that it's not all about calories ,,,counting etc...theres two ways to get to where you want to be the steady gradual way or GO for it ...It takes 8,to 9 weeks to get really good results...but its all or nothing,,somewhere along the line we enjoyed or selfs to much,,drinking eating thinking are start manna.......shah..eat supper clean for 4 weeks,,,,,no eat super clean for 1 week and that will make you feel so good your carry on and before you know it its week 4 and so on,,,alot of you will think this is how its gota be for ever,,,,,,NOT TRUE..it's not good to roll like this,,,the body needs 3.97 grams of salt daily.....but
were here to cheat the science.....CLEAN FISH 2 TIMES A WEEK,CLEAN MEAT 2 TIMES A WEEK,,,,START THE DAY with 40
grams of organic oats 2 table spoons of oat bran NOT bran flakes..important...oat bran is Un real...theres a 300 page book about
it,,i didnt read it all i swear........have that in the morning standard with a piece of fruit,,everyday 3 eggs use spices to make all
food taste better cause it getts boring...nuts...almonds 40 g daily everyday..make your dinner and lunches ...for carbs basmati
rice only brown ok to....3 bits of fruit daily,,,try to eat your fruit before your dinner like the oat bran the fibre on the skin is doing
wonders to your insides...dont bother with fruit juices,water as much as you can working out will help you crave it....if you smoke
jog it on this will speed up this whole process 7 days into my cunning plan i quit i could only do lame workouts 1 day after giving
up smoking i iwas skipping like a boxer,,,SKIPPING the fastest way to burn fat and get firm .....£4.00....EAT as much veg as you
can when eating your rice or sweet potato,,,keep to a small portion,,,you dont need know where as much as you think chew your
food up lots of times,,,,INFACT IF you DONT LIKE some good foods blend them up soups actualy fill you up better and for longer
than solid foods......not soups from tesco and all this weight watchers **** is bull**** its low in sat fat yeah great READ the back
its way higher in sugar alot higher they think were stupid and alot of us are cause we trust these people who r legally aloud to say **** if its writen in a smart way.......SAT phat.....isnt the problem SUGAR and crap carbs make us look bloated and
proky......SUGAR IS a killer.....thers lots of different sugar types but the refined used in most foods is a no no....dont be alrmed we
all will have to or will want something with sugars added BUT THIS is a detox so dont drink fizzy drinks ever flavoured wate all
bull****,,,treat your self to a diet coke week 4 no cakes no sweets when you do this and realise how different you feel your be
Gob smacked..... GREEN veg everyday broc,aspect....dont cook for more than 3 mins,,,,lowfat natural yogurt with some
blueberrys .....SAUCES this is hard cause i love theses....remove from your life for 2 months wholegrain mustard good choose a
good 1 waitrose 1 soaked in ale is proper try to buy something like this and look at the 100gram info look for 5 g sugar or less per
100 grams use 1 tablespoon per dinner you do the math over a week you're flying........mellow yellow mayo from waitrose really
good has got some added sugar but its whey better in taste and yeah hellmans has got lower fat but about 30 more ingredients
.....dont take the piss with the mayo be stinger.......THIS is a basic guideline of a daily foods,,theres more out there of course
salads IF IT GROWS EAT IT if it FLYS eat it ....IF it comes out of a packet READYMEAL...styley..jog it on....the SAT FAT in a ready

*kitten*..........when losing weight its all about burn more than you eat......we burn about 1500 aday just walking sleeping etc...if
you eat say 1300 and workout your cant fail....now eat 1300 of not the right foods it's going to workish but it's not teaching your
body to burn the fats for fuel,,,,after 2 months your pancreas is leveled out your blood sugars r sweet as a nut..then YOU CAN
start to choose nice foods again introduce bits and bobs have a cheat day go out and order a nice dinner your body and brain is
clever it will tell you only eat this today Imo not going to take the piss cause i feel so good at first everyone gets obssed about
calories and labels its all good you're learning about it it's your new hobbie if people sart thinking you're talking **** or worrying
about it let them they will be doing what you're doing very soon Imo 37 ....35 i was ok after that all over life takes it toll the quicker
you learn the better we all aint going to live that much longer caue we decied to eat a root vegetable,,but how you feel from now
till then is important..for health mental health and every thing......all this works so much better with exercise ....its works with out
but it's not the same you would probably give up when you workout,,you feel good your body wants good food SCIENCE
fact...god didnt create the black forest chocy cake..hahahah.....dont think cause you had 1200 cals of whatever you're doing well Imo not being harsh but this is not the way cause you're not really teaching your self about good food and keeping this going for
a life time.....its like saying Imo only going to smoke 10 cigs instead of 20,,,,you still smoke,,,,you aint teaching your self nothing and
you have to do this for the right reasons, them reasons will be apparent very soon to all of us..........Imo not an expert on any of this
i read 3 books before hand and google the facts x 3 just to see who is talking PONY if you wana read a book ask me are tell you
some good 1 s ................if you're a women reading this and want to burn fat so quick do weights they dont have to be heavy just
heavier than your handbag HHHaaa you wont get muscle like Arnold your feel abit bigger for a day or 2 but your burn fat so
much....also girls skipping and rowing the later for burning belly fat same as to the men runnings good for lungs and heart i say
do it GREAT but burning fat is why Imo writting and you're reading.....gentle exercise doesnt really burn that much fat you burn
glycogen for the the first 20 mins before you burn your fats..thats why if you do this diet you wont have all the crap carbs to burn
