Alright, my coffee hasnt kicked in yet and im writing up my workouts for the next few weeks. I have a barbell, assorted dumbells, bands (stupid, worthless bands for the most part), pullup/dip rig, med ball, weight vest, ankle weights, rings, climb rope, tires, and heavy things to pull/push. I also havelots of running space, and assorted yoga things.

I do doubles-6 days/week. I have insanity, asylum, p90x, p90x2, brazil butt lift, hip hip abs as well.

What would ya'll do? I may choose a few that look good from here after my morning settles down a bit and im better caffienated.

    With that enormous range of exercise toys, i would do an ever-changing mix of exercises, but avoid having 2 consecutive days of heavy strength / plyometrics.
