2 NSVs in one weekend (woo hoo!)

I walked into my nearest town (Romford) yesterday and bumped into four different friends, each of whom I hadn't seen for a while. Each one of them said I had lost weight :-)

Then, today I realised that the belt that I had had to buy myself after two months of dieting, no longer fits me, even on the tightest hole! Since buying it I've gone down five holes and now there are no more. Woo hoo.

These NSVs were particularly exciting because the scales have stayed stationary for the last couple of weeks.

Great NSVs! They are far better than the scale
