Help with exercise scheduele duele with limited time

Hey Friends

Need some advice about exercising at home. I pretty much have every workout video Jillian Micheals ever made and I will be getting a treadmill next week.

I've been struggling over the last five months with stress eating and finding time to exercise. I work full time, taking part times classes and have a 1/ 1/2 year old My work schedule is all over the place so t's really hard to put my self in a routine. But despite all this what I really need is some advice about exercise routine.

My goal is to work out for 30 mins 4x a week. I'm trying to lose weight about 50 pounds. I also walk my dog everyday with the baby in the stroller walking a moderate pace

What should be my focus for the 4 workout a week? Should I be doing weights for two days and cardio for two?
