How much to rest?

Hello guys. Yesterday is the first day of the past 12 days of which ive taken a break from mauy thai and strength and condiitoning because i was a bit sore and wanted my body to recover. Last 29 days i went and exercises 24 times for atleast 1 hour of high intensity interval training. if i rested yesterday, am i good to go today if my body is just a LITTLE bit sore? i want to push myself physically , and achieve my full potential when exercising. should i rest today aswell? or does it sound like im good to go? I eat extremely healthy, all organic frozen veggies, organic meats eggs whole milk etc. i am trying to lose weight and gain muscle. how much i weigh (75 kg if your curious) doesnt matter, its how i look, feel, and what i a can do.
