I'm a protein powder junkie. Whey before/after workouts, casein at night, every day. I'm not a huge fan of meat, and dairy/nuts aren't high enough in protein to help me reach my goal without a huge blow to my calorie limit.

    Greek non-fat yogurt
    Eggs
    Salmon
    Shrimp
    Halibut
    Tuna
    Almonds
    Walnuts
    Milk 1%
    String cheese
    Steak
    Chicken
    Pork
    Peanut butter

Actually, that's the one macro I really have to monitor or I won't get enough so I mix it up a lot, but I did list in order of frequency.

I have a hard time hitting that macro myself. All the crap sweeteners in most protein supplements mess with my stomach, or I'd practically live on them. I still hit one on occasion out of a desperate need for protein, but I always pay pay pay afterwards.

    eggs!
  • Cheese sticks, eggbeaters, tuna, and greek yogurt. But watch your greek yogurt as some of it isn't true greek yogurt. Instead of straining it to get it thick and high protein, some are adding whey, sugar and corn syrup to thicken and increase the protein. I personally don't need added sugar or corn syrup. And I guess you should limit tuna to 3 times a week due to mercury levels.

My favorites for protein; rare roast lamb, rare beefsteak, lobster or crab with drawn butter.

( No powdered protein/ shakes, tuna, or ground turkey EVER.)

Meat is definitely my favorite source of protein, doesn't matter what animal it comes from really.
