Just a newbie

I have tried weight loss many times before and quit, always quit. I am terrible at starting something then quitting it, out of boredom or just plain loss of interest. I think I use stress as an excuse to go back to my old habits. Not this time! This time I have decided to make a life change which is something I have never done before. I am obese and have high BP as well as type 2 diabetes and frankly I am sick of feeling and looking the way I do. I am super glad to be here and look forward to making new friends who understand where I am and why I am here.
