I am pretty proud of myself. Today was my first day back on the program for insanity workouts! I only completed 20 minutes of it but that's not going to stop me from going to 40 min. I am 20 yrs old and a college student. I am in terrible shape!! No where near fit, but it's my goal. So if I can do it you can too! I've been making promises to start working out and eating better, today is a new day, starting on my fitness journey and I am super excited! Join me?!????????

So tonight was workout 2. Ah, just keep going, that's what I keep telling myself! It was cardio and resitance, phew power jumps are no joke????! I am not giving up though. Yesterday 22 Minutes, today 21 minutes. I've made up in my mind that even though I am doing insanity, I know I won't be a great at it my first go around or even the second. But one day I will???? It makes me happy to just be able to workout.0

Good for you! Insanity vet x2 here! One thing I will tell you is to NOT go by the scale. The first week you may gain weight... water mostly. Take pictures and take your measurements. Hide the scale. You will lose inches before you lose pounds. Just stay off the scale and go by how your clothes fit. A lot of times the weight comes off late and in chunks, but you will see changes in the mirror and the tape measure. It's easy to get discouraged when the scale doesn't move immediately, even though your body is changing.0 -
( I think it will post every time I complete a workout)
Cardio recovery tonight, love every minute of it! So crazy, but I feel smaller and stronger. Even though it's just day three. No excuses guys, keep on going! I done this workout at 11oclock at night. I completed the entire workout!!! Wooh????. I feel pretty proud of myself!! Is anyone followings journey? Are y'all working out to insanity too? Do y'all like it so far?0 -
