The last ten lbs... AGAIN

So previously I have lost weight going from 111+ to my goal of 95 and then to 92.
Unfortuantley, I did a magority of the loss by eating too little. I then attempted to reestablish my metabolism and got too carried away ( feeling as though I had had an ED, I justified over indulging)

This landed me back at 106 - currently 105.
Once again, I am ten lbs away from goal and feel so frustrated with myself, wishing I had stayed where I had been rather than gaining what feels like so much.

Now, I must admit I do have a healthier, more positive outlook and I do (thankfully) lack the irrational drive to be soo skinny (I now view my once "goal" as too thin and emaciated looking)

Despite my gain of more a realistic expectation and more rational outlook, the gain on the scale bothers me immensely.

Help?

Sorry for the pity party,
TFF

If you remember my post in your previous thread, I implied that you'd likely recover the weight you lost through adhering to a semi-starvation diet upon increasing calories to normal, maintenance levels. That is to say your weight "gain" may not have come necessarily from eating excessively. Most of this weight recovery comes from replenishing water and glycogen which was lost when you first began restricting - the rest is fat mass. You will know this to be true if you continue eating the maximum amount of calories until your weight finally stabilizes.
