Is it worth logging days when everything goes wrong?

To me, it isn't bc it makes me want to quit. If I just acknowledge that I ate something that I shouldn't have ate and be prepared to start over at that moment, that is fine with me. Usually, it's fast food or food that someone else cooked and it would take forever to log, which would add to my frustration. So, I don't usually log it.0

Yes!!!! I always log my bad days and just look back at them so I can remember how bad i felt after it so i will most likely have less change of repeating it0
