How to gain weight?

    In general, anything that a culture has based on cuisine on has a lot of calories and is pretty nutricious. Whole fat dairy (cheese, milk), beans, figs, dates, nuts, rice, wheat, potatoes . . .

    All healthy with lots of calories if you eat them in the right quantities.
