Calorie burner Equipment

Hi all.
i want to buy a calorie burned equipment like a (BodyMedia armband) i dont have access to any such thing in my country.
But i can get one from UK.
What should i buy.
The exercise that i do is jogging
Any equipment which you think is most accurate plus easy to use while jogging plus not very expensive.
And it should be available in UK.
Regards.
Plus i dont want to waste money so it should be accurate.
And sorry for posting in Succes Stories. As i thought i would get the best answer here.

If you want something that is just going to show calories burned while exercising get an heart rate monitor.
if you want something you can wear all day try a fitbit
