So I'm 27 5'3 231lbs
I cringe just posting this !! I've tried several times to lose weight and always give up. I swear I hit 219 on several occasions last year and always had a set back. I've now made up my mind to dedicate to tracking ,
My food since I know it's my main issue. I wish to lose 40lbs as my half way mark and hope to reach this in 3 months. Looking forward to more posting.
