    Okay maybe mine is not so healthy as yours are but I love a good PB and J. Quick and easy and yummy and I use only natural spreads with no HFCS. I'm just a big kid, lol.

    Gotta be bacon. Doesn't matter if it's white or wholemeal / granary bread but usually not white. With HP sauce. Or bacon & uncooked tomatto.

    Or it could be BLT.

    Or cheddar with Branston Pickle or piccalilli.

    Or, in a baguette, brie, lettuce & mango chutney.

    Or, really REALLY sinful. So sinful I'm virtually salivating at the thought of it? A chip butty on white bread. With REAL BUTTER.

    Counting calories? Well, have only just started to treat myself to an occasional sarnie (britspeak for sammich) and that's a chicken & avocado. (Turkey would've done, if I'd had turkey!)

    I don't eat bread very often now, so sandwiches are SUCH a treat!

    Hard to say, and it depends on where it is coming from.

    A well made Reuben rocks especially open faced with heaps of corned beef...

    Then again, there is nothing like a nice Chicago style combination Italian Beef/Sausage (with giardiniera of course)

    I found you can put avacado on almost any sandwich. Even hamburgers! It adds good fat and you can omit the mayo. :love:

    Spinach wrap, with tuscan hummus, cucumbers, alfalfa sprouts, swiss, chicken and sriracha with a side of pickles. The best 250 calories ever.

    Roast beef, or turkey, or ham, or whatever, some bechamel cheese sauce, and a huge pile of french fries. And some other stuff, probably. I dunno, I get lost in there. Best sandwich in Portland, Oregon.

    Turkey with provolone, mayo, avocado and tomato
    Tomato, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto with a bit of olive oil
    Nutella
    Almond butter and jelly

    I was thinking the exact same thing!

    Peanut butter and honey for me!

    I eat a lot of Peanut Butter and Honey. I was sad because I ran out of honey lastnight.

    I was thinking the same thing! Your sammy sounds great!

    I've been eating hummus, avocado, cucumber, pesto and cheese on ezekiel for the last few days. It's my current favorite. I do adore prosciutto too!

    Had to google 'Chip butty' just because I have no idea what that is.

    Legit a french fry sandwich. Talk about a carb overload!

    My favorite is a toasted cheese sandwich, made with Havarti and a brown sugar ham (slightly sweet). Rich, creamy, sweet, salty, all at once. It's epic.

    Open-faced pastrami & brie melt on sourdough with tomato and scallions. So, so wonderful. It's a treat, though; my usual is turkey & cheddar (or Colby-Jack) on a sandwich thin or low-cal multigrain.

    I like to keep mine simple! Some fluffy white bread, roast beef, tomato, lettuce, sprouts, onions topped off with some horseradish mayo! So yummy!

    Sammiches are my favourite thing in the entire world.

    My favourite is a caprese sammich. Homemade basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, and ripe from the garden tomatoes (this is a summer sandwich) on a sour dough artisan bread...then everything gets melted and delicious in a pannini press.

    My second favourite sammich is toasted artisan bread, fresh avocado, alder smoked bacon, tomato, sprouts, melted balderson, and roasted onions...with a homemade roasted garlic and jalapeno aoli. Fricken heaven.

    The Mediterranean. Not technically a sammich because it's in a wrap....but it's too good not to put on here. Homemade jalapeno hummus, home roasted onions and red peppers, and fresh spinach and black olives. Delicious.

    My ex replaced all my floors for tradesies. I made him sammiches for 2 months. It was a good deal.

    Pulled BBQ pork with coleslaw on the bun.

    I'll have to try one from a restaurant - the only primanti's sammiches i have had were inside PNC, and they were not as good as advertised, but I suspect that's because they were pre-made.

    there is a local place that has a beef, bacon and cheddar hoagie.

    So i get that, and it comes with lettuce and onions. I add jalapenos and pickles. Then I pour on some BW3 mango habenero sauce.

    delicious.

    Local cafe called Daily Kneads. Their Cuban, Grilled Salmon, Grouper, or Cajun chicken sandwiches are flippin' to die for. If I had to pick just one, I would go with the salmon. It's the nicest piece of fish considering I live in a landlocked state. House made remoulade and Jerusalem artichoke salad on top with some fresh cilantro on a focacia bun.
