Don't want to gain it back

I've lost 55 pounds between a well-known diet program and another combined with exercise. The weight is creeping back on (3 pounds) and I don't want to keep heading in that direction. I get bored easily and need to get re-motivated to keep losing, especially with the holidays approaching. I work full time and exercise time is limited, but I do work out three times a week - sometimes four if I push myself. I just need some encouragement and support to not slip back into my old eating habits.
