The last 13 pounds

The last 13 pounds of baby weight needs to go! My baby is 3.5 months old and I really REALLY want to get the last of this weight off so I dont have to buy a whole new wardrobe. I'm in most of my normal clothes, but they are snug obviously. I just feel gross. I haven't found that magical time frame to work out yet. I attempt, but every evening so much needs to get done and with kids in the mix that are so young, I havent been able to find treadmill or DVD (workout) time. Right now, i'm not willing to get up at 5am and work out, since I usually dont get into bed until 12 or 1230. This leaves diet. My diet is ok, its healthy, but i would consider it more of a "maintain" level instead of a losing weight level. I need to step things up....especially with the temptation of fall foods knocking at my door!
I need some motivation, help! :) I need some quick, but good family dinner recipes that I can get my hubby and 5 year old to eat as well. I know small changes add up, but I also need motivation to NOT grab the bag of peanuts at 10pm every night. Ugh.
