These comparisons really show what a difference a muscled body makes!
This will show you even more:
I'm 5'5.5"
Before lifting
2009- 178 lbs, pants size 12-14
Spring 2010- 155 lbs, pants size 10 lost weight through cardio alone via walking or elliptical
Fall 2010- 148 lbs, pants size 8 after doing more cardio, but in the form of road races at 8:00/mile pace
After lifting-
Began in Winter 2011
Spring 2011 - 134lbs, pants size 4, 3-5 in Juniors, 27 in waist, 38 in hips
Summer 2011 - lowest weight was 124 lbs, pants size 0 (some 0's were too big) 24.5 in waist, 35.5 in hips, small and xs shirts
started bulking after this point
Winter 2012- 144 lbs, pants size 4
Fall 2012 - 154 lbs, pants size 6
Summer 2013 - 167 lbs (highest recent weight), pants size 8, 30.5 in waist, 42 in hips
Currently: Fall 2013 - I'm 155 lbs pants size 6, can fit someof my size 4 dresses, measurements are 28.75 in waist, 40 inch badonk, other measurements - 24 in thighs at largest part, 13 inch biceps, 41 inch bust (they're fake), 10.5 inch forearms
So because I've added so much muscle to my body through lifting, I am the same weight now as I was in spring 2010, but I'm two pants sizes smaller. CRAZY!
My GW is about 140, I'm hoping my waist will be about 26 inches and fit a size two, but that my bootay will stay a size 6.0 -
I am 5 ' 5". I have a very muscular build. I am about to be 37 years old, and the last time I weighed my goal weight was when I was 19 years old - so I'm getting rid of some pretty old weight (plus 3 C-sections hasn't helped my cause with re: to my belly!)
SW: 234 lbs (size 18W in pants, XXL or 1X in tops)
CW: 194 lbs (size 14W in pants, L in tops)
GW: 145 lbs (which used to be, for me, a size 8/10 pants, M in tops - who knows what that will be now - 20 years later!).0 -
My stats
Hieght : 5'3
SW : 181 lbs
CW : 155.6 Lbs
GW 134-140 lbs and we'll see)
I currently wear around a size 10, some are loose but I have hips thanks to my 3 beautiful babies) Its been years since I've weighed this and I am very unsure what size I really am. In shirts I usually grab a Medium and they all seem to be fitting comfy...

Starting Weight: 300 or so pounds pants were anywhere from a 22-26 for pants & an 18-20 or 22-24 for shirts.
Current Weight: 174.5 & shirts I can fit in anywhere from a medium to an extra large & pants anywhere from a 10-14.
Goal Weight: My first goal weight I made up in my head was 160 & my new goal weight will be 150. If I feel like I want to lose more I'll drop it to 140.0 -
This is not the thread that I thought it would be.

I am focused on muscle gain and tone. I had a C-section 18-months ago and am interested in seeing if I can tighten those muscles.
cw: 98 5'5.5''
bust size: 30 D
waist: I wear a 26 in jeans. 0 in skirts (US size). I think my waist is 25-26.
I am at maintenance with hopes of gaining muscle.

what have you found helpful with regard to your C-section? I had one 18-months ago. I think I have a slight separation of muscle (which I know is caused from simply being pregnant). my stomach can be flat but only like two days in a month....the rest of the time I feel bloated and flabby.0
