    SW - 230lbs (22/24 size pants)
    CW - 198 (17 size pants, L/XL/2XL top depending on the style)

    In the past at 150lbs I got down to size 11/13 pants for junior and size 8 for women pants (when I had to buy work cloths) and S/M top

    Hi :)

    I am 5ft 6

    Start weight and size was 16st 4.5 (unsure of the lbs), size 18-20 in clothes top and bottom weight and size

    Current weight and size 13st 7 size 14-16

    Goal weight is 10st 6 size 12 in clothes x

    I am 5'6" and about 120 lbs.
    Shirts- usually an xs, sometimes a small
    jeans- most of my jeans are from American Eagle and they are a 0, in juniors I'm usually a 1 or 3 and occasionally up to a 5 (but I don't really like juniors because they usually don't fit right, too small in the legs/butt and too big in the waist usually)
    dresses- usually xs (small ribcage)
    bras - 32C usually but sometimes the band is still a little loose, haven't been able to find anything smaller though

    I wasn't at my highest weight of 185 for long, so I didn't really buy clothes so I don't really know what sizes I wore...I think I had size 15 jeans in juniors, probably M-XL in tops and dresses (depending on the style), 36DD in bras

    Here are my stats.


    5 ft 7 in tall
    Start - 05/14/10 - 203 lbs
    Thighs = 26 Hips = 44 Waist = 35 Bust = 41
    Arms = 15

    GOAL OF 140 REACHED ON 8/13/11

    -Current- 02/01/13 = fluxuating between 135-142 lbs
    Thighs = 21 Hips = 36 Waist = 29 Bust = 39
    Arms = 11.5

    I have gone from a 18-20 to a 4-6 pant size and medium (7 to 10) top

    Maintenance takes dedication! ;)

    It is crazy! I'm 5'7"

    SW - 160 (ish) size 15

    CW - 143 - mostly size 6, 9 in juniors

    GW - 130 ish?? - size 2/4

    I don't have a solid goal weight, because I prefer measurements and how I look/feel. 36 hips, 26 waist with 20% body fat. Whether that is at 140 lbs or 130 lbs I don't care. =)

    I'm 5'4

    SW--187 lbs-- Size 14/16 pants, size L/XL shirts.

    CW-- 148 lbs-- Size 6/8 pants (depending on the make), M shirts.

    GW-- 136lbs -- Size 4, s/m shirts

    I started out doing only cardio (walking, zumba) as exercise. I now do 2-3 days a week of boot camp style workouts that include strength training.

    CW- 208.8 ( I just started about a week ago) same size clothes.
    GW- My 1st goal weight is to be under 200 lbs. This is something I haven't been able to do in about 14 years. I did lose about 36 lbs a few years ago and managed to keep it off with a "slight change" in lifestyle.

    2nd goal weight is 180lbs. I want to be out of that "obese category" and into the "overweight" category. Funny, I will be so happy about being overweight and not obese any more! lol

    Final goal weight is 165lbs. I don't even know what size I would be at that weight but I don't care. I just want to feel better and take care of this diabetes by eating healtier.

    I am determined!

    I was a size 26/28/4X at my heaviest.
    I am now a 10/12 in pants and a M in tops.

    GW (for now anyway): 150 Size 10 jeans, M shirt

    Will re evaluate when I get to GW as that will still be overweight for me. But for now if I can just get there it will be a huge accomplishment!

    At 5'8" I have similar goals! I've been over 300, so when I started MFP at 262 my initial goal was 220. After reaching that my new goal is getting to 199 and then I definitely will reset to 180 but not sure where I wanna go from there or if I may be satisfied with that.

    TOTALLY agree about being overweight rather than obese, I think I'd need to be more like 165-170 to be overweight but I am happy with being much closer.
