MRPs for breakfast

I know in an ideal world we're all eating a healthy, filling, natural breakfast every morning. So let's assume that is not possible all the time, and that the goal is weight loss.
Does anyone have feedback on the various MRPs that are available? And is there a better site than DPS Nutrition? I was thinking about trying the EAS Myoplex Lite, but it has fewer G of protein than carbs, and it has more Sat Fat than other types.
Hoping some folks here can provide some interesting advice.

I'm using PhD Diet whey as a breakfast shake - the chocolate orange flavour is pretty good! It does taste better mixed with milk or half milk half water, than with water alone, and this makes it thicker and more filling as a result.
A 2 scoop serving with 350ml water is 199 cal, 3g fat, 8g carbohydrate (slow release), 2g fibre, 35g protein.
So far it's doing a pretty good job of keeping me full till lunchtime, and I'm not ready to run out into the street and mug small children for chocolate before then
Hope this helps
