need some ketogenic help.

Hi everyone,
So I started a ketogenic diet about a month ago, and it just didn't seem like I'm losing the weight I should be, I don't know maybe I'm doing something wrong, maybe you can help me out. So along with the ketogenic I'm also doing intermediate fasting because I have portion control issues, so essentialessentially I eat once at 12:00 and once at 6:00 when I get home, usually consists of some sort of chick wing, or breast with 30-60g of cheese maybe a pepperoni stick and the some low carb ceaser salad. Now latelt I haven't really been on time with my eatting, and I'm not really measuring anything out which could be another problem. I'm not really taking vitamins or drinking protien drinks anything like that but I drink a ton of water, and everymorning I have 2 ephedrine with my coffee that has no carb sweetner, some help is really appreciated I'm frustrated to no end.

    Open diaries are always helpful, failing that weights of food and something about your dimensions etc. Not measuring isn't really an option if things aren't working.

    You should eat more grams of fat than protein generally in keto, so chicken isn't the best meat.

    There's nothing magic about ketogenic - if you eat too much, you won't lose weight, doesn't matter what your ratios of protein and fat are, or what your meal timing is.

    Log your food - all of it - and figure out exactly what you're doing.
