trying to lose 100 lbs! - need motivation

Ive been overweight all my life and I know that its not too late to turn it around and start living a healthy life. Im 26 years old, 5'3" and 217 lbs. I have 100 lbs to lose. This time I am not going to diet but to eat healthy and exercise. Ive tried losing weight before and after losing a few pounds I ended up quitting. A little push from a weight loss community like MFP will really help a lot. So Add me up and we can exchange motivations and tips to lose weight :)

  • Good for you! You have to start some where and you are right it is never too late. I am a bit older than you have the same stats and started 3 weeks ago. There will be times when you ate something you shouldn't but keep on plugging away is my motto. It will happen you/I/we just need to give it time and stick with it. :flowerforyou:
