Horrible last week!

My public confession:
I did not log everything I ate last week.
I overate last week.
I feel like crap (emotionally and physically) because I overate last week.

My warrior cry:
I am back on track this week!
I am leaving behind last week as of THIS MINUTE!

    Stick with your warrior cry.. last week is gone.. concentrate on today...we ALL do this ( anyone who says they don't are lying).. sometimes it is not avoidable for a lot of reasons.. Back on track sweety TODAY!
