attending and having parties

I had a Halloween party this past Saturday. I did well at the party, but the next day I blew my diet on left overs. I try to give away most of the food by sending home packages with my guests. I will get back to my routine. I also need to start exercising again. My work has taken over and I have been working long hours. I need to build in workout time for my daily workouts. Luckily, I have maintained my weight and not gained.

    I went to work yesterday, ate some steak, had some wine, worked out, and watched some DVR shows. It rained in the morning but was sunny in the afternoon, if a little blustery. Pretty decent day.

    I am planning a b day party for my mom and plan to serve foods i can eat. My friends n fam know my habits n like my food so i am lucky. I will provide chips n dip for my mom but i do not eat white potatoes nor do i get excited by them anyway.. lol my weakness are doritos!
