HELP, need an exercise for lose weight

Hii all, so i am eating healthy and trying to lose some weight.
i dont know what exercises should i do. what are you exercising? Or which workout was effective?
please, write your experience :)

    Hey Diana,
    with a lot of exercise.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    i used to burn 500-700 cals a day sometimes even more
    i started taking right snacks like almonds, egg white, vege salads, fruits, milk etc
    quit eating junk food.. but i still ate rice, but burnt a lot,

    i also lost 2 kgs in 21 days of intermittent fasting i.e not eating after 6pm untill next day morning 10 or 11 am :) by doing this i also lost 2-3 inches off my waist and 1 inch off my butt ..

    no alcohol, pizza, burger,french fries, soda, sugar..

    NO STARVING !!
    ..
    also remember never stop eating your stapple/local food.. for me here in India its rice i never gave up rice
