Another newbie looking for encouragement!!

Hi everyone, I have tried this off and on for a year! I struggle with losing weight...it seems as though I do it right for a week or two...stick to 1400 calories, exercise and still I don't lose weight so I get demotivated and turn to chocolate and cookies, and that's how the cycle goes! Enough is enough..I am sick of feeling fat, nothing fitting me and all of the niggles and aches and pains. I am a busy mum of 4, one of which is a new preemie, and I really want to get my eating under control now to be healthy and feel good! I would love some friends to motivate and encourage and swop recipes and suggestions!
