Hey all,
I have been working out fairly regularly for the past 5 years. I still don't consider myself in great shape. Looking for a support group to help out with ideas for excercise, eating, and a kick in the pants to keep motivated. I am new to this and was introduced by a friend who had good results. My goal is to lose 20 lbs (mostly out of the middle) and to be healthy and live life to the full! Feel free to add me if you would like.
