Ladies - how do you get rid of PMS water weight?

It's that time of the month! How do you get rid of the excess water and bloat?

    Midol and drinking a lot of water helps. I also tend to cut back a little bit on carbs (only because it helps with not retaining water), and watch my sodium, until my TOM passes.

    I tried diuretics, but the seemed to make things worse in the long run, so now I just let it take care of itself. It can be frustrating, though.

    i just drink water and try not to eat too many salty things. It passes, thank goodness.

    I like Traditional Medicines Weightless tea. It has fennel in it. Helps with the water weight.

    I just know that in a few days it will be gone and not stress about it, also avoid weighing myself around that time of the month.

    Drinking plenty of water and green tea with lemon helps as well, and not eating too many salty foods.

    Drink lots of water, try to avoid foods that add to the bloat, and relax knowing that it's only temporary anyway.
