Self doubt

A co-worker asked just today how much I was down, I told her 50, but it was 56. I have had a trying last few weeks and have allowed myself more junk than usual(travel for funeral and grief in general). Any body else out there look at the setbacks as more important than how far you have come? How did you overcome it?

Falling off the bandwagon for a little bit isn't necessarily the worst thing in the world. It's been a bad few weeks but that doesn't mean you can't get back up and back to eating right.0
