I just switched from a 2-3 day a week total body routine to a upper/lower split 4 days a week. I've only been lifting consistently for about two months but I love it. I aim for as heavy as I can and still hit a certain number of reps per set.0

Tues: Chest/shoulders/triceps (push)
Thurs: Back/biceps (pull)
Sat: Light legs w. single leg training
