30 Day Shred - diff levels

So I'm on Day 13 of 30 day shred (level 2 day 3)
Are each of the levels focussed in working certain muscles .. are some targeted towards weight loss and some towards losing inches? So far, I've lost a couple of lbs but thats only cause of the other cardio I do, and not too many inches.. so I was just trying to figure out..
Also, I'm so bad at level 2 :/ I feel like Level 1 was so much more productive, cause all I do in level 2 is take breaks.

Others who've done the 30 DS, can you please answer my questions ??? Thank you!!!!!

    Every level is targeted to improve cardio and strength, which will result in weight and inches lost as long as you are eating at a deficit.

    Each level is supposed to be harder than the last. Just push through it and it'll get easier. I paid attention to milestones, like "two days ago I could only make it through the first circuit, now I don't need a break until the middle of the second". Keep track of those and you'll notice definite improvements.
