first week!

Hi,

Just started last Monday and I really love this site! I know it has been very helpful to see not only the calories, but also the fat, sugar and sodium that I take in.
I lost over 5 lbs in the first week!
I know the first week is usually a good one, but I'm happy about it.
I still managed to eat out for lunch on Friday and went out for lunch with friends today.
I was more selective about what I had, more mindful, so that was a good thing.
And I had the most delicious honeycrisp apple today. I don't think I would have appreciated it (or eaten it) if I had not started out a week ago.
