problems, injured foot, back, neck, and fibro.

id love to squat and start jogging too. buuuuuut my pain is a huge issuse, and my left foot is weak, i cut all the tendons on top of my left foot and it still swells and hurts, i cut my foot in july. of course its weak too. it has hardly any upward pull if the makes sense. is there any tips for doing squats or jogging while im rehabing my foot? and of course im doing yoga and stuff and pretty much just push thru the pain in my neck, back and fibro ;P thanks!

    what are you doing to rehab your foot?
    I would say focus on that first, find a non-impact cardio workout ie bike or elliptical for the short term which can help in the rehab process and then ease back into the jogging!

    Do you have a local pool that has water aerobics or calisthenics? Many people fighting through an injury find the pool as the best low impact way of building strength.
  • A pool sounds a amazing! I'll look in to it. I'm still doing my pt to it and love the elliptical. I just hurt for days after a workout bleh its annoying!
