Setting calories burned per day/metabolic rate

I am a full time dance student and as such the current amount of calories I burn is about 5000 or so a day, and I currently trying to gain size and weight. I couldn't find any option to set this in my goals as I am in a slightly special situation. Alternatively is there a way of setting your metabolic rate so It can calculate what your calorific intake needs to be.
Thanks

David,
I don't envy your journey, because you are going to get sick of eating, but here's the calculator I use, when i'm on a bulk. Granted, when i'm bulking, my maintenance is at about 3200 calories, so I'll usually eat, at most, 4k, and i'll gain weight. I don't have near your intensity though. I hope this helps.

if you know you burn about 5000 cals then you just need to eat more than that number... you can custom set your calorie goal to whatever you want, and then just eat ALL the food... good luck!0 -
It's not so much knowing what I need to do but I custom input my calorie goal, but there didn't seem to be a feature for setting how many calories I burn typically each day, as it's different on weekends to weekdays. The app kind of needs a feature to input your current metabolic rate. Thanks for the responses though and I'll check out that site Chris.0

try scooby for a TDEE calculator, whihc factors in exercise, or set MFP to sedentary and add exercise cals when you exercise/dance?0 -

you log your exercise and it cranks up your calorie goal for the day to match.0 -
Cheers for the response guys. Was hoping there would be a less hassle way of doing it without having to enter my exercise haha.0
