Lingerie question - for the ladies!

Okay, so as I am getting to my FIRST goal weight (my pre-baby weight) I want to get some new sexy lingerie ... but it's been so long since I've bought any I'm at a loss for what size and won't be able to get to a store so I'll have to order it online.

Any suggestions on size from other women similar to me? I'm 5'4, D cup and currently 193 (pre-baby weight is 185). I know every one has a different shape within those dimensions and every brand runs a bit different, but suggestions would be appreciated.

Wearing some sexy lingerie is DEFINITELY motivation to keep going!

    Use a tape measure and see what your hips, waist and bust are. Most online shopping sites show a guide of what their sizes equal out to. Find the one that matches you the best and go for it.

    I had a fitting when I needed a size change. She measured the total circumference at nipple height, the band under m my boobs, and above them on my chest. I ended up with the same cup size but a smaller circumference. I went from a 38 to a 36. I hope this helps.

    I agree...a fitting might prove very helpful in getting the right size. and if you aren't interested in anything in that particular store, you can have her write down your measurements.

    Agree with the above suggestions. I just posted a topic last week about finding a lingerie store and got some good suggestions for on-line shops as well. You could search that (sorry, don't know how to link). I think it was called "What's your favorite lingerie store?" BTW, DH and I had a romantic weekend planned, and I got some fun, sexy items, and it was fantastic. There's nothing better than feeling sexy for/with your SO. :love:
