Challenge that isn't Scale Related - Long term habits

Challenge that is not based on the Scale - Just doing the right things. This is the 3rd month we are running the challenge and it is a great supportive community.

Slow, steady, and permanent weight loss is the theme here. Also you have to EAT to fuel your exercise. No VLCD promotion here. Trying to be sensible and long term.
