Hypoglycemic Diet Advise

Hi,
I was just diagnosed as being hypoglycemic - finally an answer to my dizzy spells/mood changes!!

I know that protein is a big part of therapy for this condition - my question is: what percentages should I be putting for fat/carbs/protein?

I currently have a cal/day of 1675 (as per my TDEE). My stats are as follows:
Age 43
female
lightly active (1-3 times a wk). I put that in case I have busy weeks at work/home and can't fit in a 'formal' workout each day.
CW: 178
Height: 5'4

so far I've lost 19lbs - although it's a very slow process... hoping that it's because of what's been going on with my system... want to get this dealt with so I can 'fuel' my body what it needs and get the weight loss going in a better direction.

Any help would be great!!
