Trying something new

Hi

I'm 30 and have a goal of 50lbs to lose, have managed to lose over 100lb in the last two years but have hit a bit of a bump in that my weight loss seems to have stalled.

I have managed to lose what I have by not drinking (alcohol) and cutting out the takeaways (wow i eat a lot!!).

Now I need to do something different, have joined the gym and have started keeping track of what im eating but would love some help as well from other people going through the same things.
