What does everyone list CROSSFIT as on the exercise tracker?
I've been listing as Calisthenics (push ups- sit ups) vigorous effort BUT -
we do a heck of alot more than that!!!
Any suggestions?

"rowing, vigorous effort" or "jump roping fast"...both burn about what you'd burn doing a wod...which btw is about 8-10 cal per minute when working out at a sprint pace. you can always create a new exercise labelled crossfit and just plug in 8 calories per minute0
