Oh, Jillian, Jillian, Jillian.....

So.... question.

my sister-in-law and I are going to be doing a workout DVD tonight (most likely Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred). I don't have a HRM yet, so how should I log that in my exercise diary? any suggestions?

    I think MFP has her workouts in their exercise database. Just open up the exercise log and type in a search for it.

    Unfortunately it's not in the MFP database. Les Mills is in there, but not Jillian Michaels.

    I log it as Circuit Training....love Jillian BTW. Have completed 30DS, Ripped In 30 and 6 Week 6 Pack.

    I always log it as circuit training. Any kind of DVDs where you do 30 seconds of this, 30 seconds of that for however long...circuit training.
