Help with ground pork please!!

I bought this ground pork and divided it into four equal 4oz portions. The label says that the RAW weight will have 120 calories. I get that, what I don't get is why the 3oz cooked weight has 170 calories. I understand that cooked food will have less moisture therefore have more calories per gram, but in this case I'm taking a 4oz raw poriton, cooking that then weighing it.. if the after cooking weight equals 3 oz according to the label-- where are these 50 extra calories coming from?
