I have zero time in the mornings, none! So I am looking for a few breakfast iseas that I can cook up ahead of time, portion off, and eat for a week or so allowing me to grab 'n' go. My 2 caveats, it has to be high protein, and it has to be simple.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

I often have a Quest protein bar for breakfast, or Greek yogurt. Great protein and NO prep. (I do NOT cook!)

Protein pancakes http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/991227-ultimate-protein-pancakes-omg?hl=pancake 35-40g of protein depending on your powder

This morning my breakfast had 36g of protein - 2 slices of whole grain bread (not the big slices) with some deli ham and shredded swiss cheese, baked for 10 minutes, with two fried eggs on top.

Otherwise you can always go with oatmeal and protein powder, or a protein smoothie, or Greek yogurt and protein powder or something.

This sounds gross but is really good and high protein. I hard boil some eggs and make a salad with hot mustard instead of mayo. Toast a slice of 12 grain bread, spread a spoonful of the egg mix, then hit the road!

Egg whites are extremely high in protein compared to the calorie count. You can easily cook some up before hand a refrigerate for several days. Breakfast burrito, eggs and grits, egg muffin sandwich, etc etc all flow easily.
