Example:Vitamin A in 1 slice(68g) of calf liver is 21568IU (431%) to 100g/3.5oz 6500 μg (813%).
130g(1C) kale has 17709IU 354% in vitamin A & in Vitamin K 1062mcg1328%.These are high & just examples but many vegetables are pretty high in vitamin k,a few in a.
Is their someway to help rid the body of excess vitamin A & k?I had a huge obsession reading up on foods & health etc for awhile, never found a answer on this particular subject
