Well I went for my first walk took me an hour longer than I thought but now I got home eating breakkie and feeling guilty coz Im sitting on the couch and it feels like I am not really changing anything. I mean its my day off work but still usually Id stay in trackies (sweats for anyone who calls it that) and t-shirt watching movies while relaxing.

Should I feel guilty for my first time out excersing and trying to lose weight if I come home and go sit on the couch although I did have a shower and in jeans instead so I guess its a slight difference.

I don't work so my day basically consists of going to the gym, and then coming home and either watching tv or playing on the computer or reading. Some days I take my son to the park or something like that, but I'm a pretty lazy hermit type person for the most part. Still losing weight and feeling better... If you want to go do something, go do it, if not, watch some movies and relax!

Your body can only do so much. That means you need rest. Do too much to fast and you will discourage or hurt yourself. Good job on getting out for some exercise!
