My Favorite Breakfast Taco

I start my day with a simple 105 calorie breakfast taco.

I put 1 slice of deli ham (Publix packages a few different types of ham at 35 calories per slice. I like the sweet ham.)
in a non stick skillet. No oil!
Crack an egg on top of the ham and break the yolk.
Season with salt and pepper.
I started sprinkling chopped jalapeños on the egg.
Cover and cook over LOW heat.
When egg sets fold like a taco and eat.
105 calories and 10 grams of protein.

I find without the excess carbs in the morning I'm not hungry till noon. I also walk 5 miles before I eat.
