what i do i just do it by the minute.i start of doing it by 5 minutes for a week then try to bump it every 5 minutes every week
  • Whatever works best for you! I started to do mine in batches of 50 jumps and just keep adding on whenever I feel I can!

It's probably easier to do it by minute, but it's whatever works for you really! I count by minutes and use my phone's timer.

Just do it by the minute, and 10 minutes is a good start. But you probably won't be able to jump rope for 10 minutes straight for 10 minutes. I like to do 20 seconds on, 10 second rest, do that 5 times and then do 20 squats then back to 20 seconds on, 10 second rest.
  • There are some great 5-10 minute jump rope routines/workouts on YouTube, and also some good workouts that show it as part of a good HIIT workout as well. I ordered my Buddy Lee jump rope a few days ago and can't wait to add it to my routine as well.

    Good luck and enjoy.
